What are C21 Mobile Alerts?
C21 Mobile Alerts are SMS messages that are sent to opted-in users that contain promotional alerts and deals for Century 21 Department Stores customers. After an initial confirmation SMS message, users will be opted in to a recurring SMS program.
How do I sign up for C21 Mobile Alerts?
Sign up for C21 Mobile Alerts by texting OPTIN to 588221. By signing up, you will receive 10 messages per month. C21 Mobile Alerts are not mobile spam. The service is a recurring message program.
Is it free?
Although all C21 Mobile Alerts are complimentary, Message & Data Rates May Apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.
What if I don’t want to receive any more service messages?
To stop receiving all C21 Mobile Alerts Alert messages, simply text STOP to the short code 588221. Once your telephone number is removed from our system, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device.

Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. How are the messages sent?
We may use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send the text messages described above to the mobile phone number you supply when you opt in.
