AlaskaAir Flight Alerts are SMS messages which are sent to opted-in users and contain informational flight content for Alaska Airlines customers. After an initial confirmation SMS message, users receive 6 SMS messages per flight.
How do I sign up for AlaskaAir Flight Alerts?
Sign up for AlaskaAir Flight Alerts by visiting www.alaskaair.com. Login to your existing account or create a new account and then create alerts for a certain flight. You can also create a one-time alert without logging in . By signing up, you will receive 6 alerts per flight. AlaskaAir Flight Status Alerts are not mobile spam. The service is a recurring message program.
Is it free?
Although all AlaskaAir Flight Alerts are complimentary, Message & Data Rates May Apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.
What if I don’t want to receive any more service messages?
To stop receiving all AlaskaAir Flight Alerts, simply text STOP to the short code 252752. Once your telephone number is removed from our system, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device.
