Comcast Communication Journey allows subscribers to be notified via SMS of events related to their service. The number of text messages received vary based on subscriber requests.

Is it free?
Messages and data rates may apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.

What if I don't want to receive any further notification messages?
Text STOP to 60621 to cancel the Comcast Communication Journey service. After doing so you will no longer receive any texts from the Comcast Communication Journey service.
